Balcony
The balcony is a perfect place to sit out on and enjoy a meal in the fine weather or watch the resident swallows and swifts hunting in the early evening. There is a table and chairs, sun lounger and an extendible sun awning to keep the sun off in the morning when having your breakfast.

There is an outside courtyard whihc has a table tennis table and a dartboard. The BBQ also lives down here.
