Gorges d'Héric
Gorges d'Héric is a beautiful spot just up the road from Faugéres along the D909 past Lamalous les Bains. As you walk up the gorge there are numerous pools to stop off at and swim in the crystal clear water. The views are stunning. You can walk all the way up to the top of the gorge and the small hamlet of Héric where you can buy a cold beer.

Lac du Salagou
This man made lake is about 25 minute drive from Faugéres and is a perfect place to swim, relax and have a have a BBQ while watching the sun set.

The Pont du Diable
This famous bridge and swimming spot is just down the road from St Guillelm le Desert. There is a canyon that you can swim up that is lined with steep rocks that you can jump off. For those who are brave enough it is also possible to jump off the Pont du Diable itself!

Roquebrun
This lovely spot is on the River Orb. It is a perfect place to chill out in the sun and swim in the river.

There are lots of lovely beaches just a short drive away on the Mediteranean coast. Our favorite is Valras Plage.
